Easter road accidents decreased compared to last year

Police say road accidents during the Easter holiday decreased compared to the same period last year.

A statement from the Botswana police shows a decrease of 17.6 percent in the total number of general road accidents that happened during the period.

However, the number of fatal crashes has increased from five in 2016 to 7 this year with fatalities increasing also from five to seven.
