The company specialises in property valuations, management and estate agency. He is a partner at Millennium jazz rest, a jazz joint that plays jazz music only and is patronized by professionals and mature people. Owner of Kgalagadi Music World, a CD shop situated at Game City.
Jazz presenter at Gabz-FM for over 10 years presenting "The joy of Jazz Fussion" show and formerly with RB2. Jazz promoter (Kgalagadi Jazz and Kgalagadi Jazz Beats) and has brought great artists such as Ringo Madlingozi, Kunle Ayo, Jimmy Dludlu, Mariam Makeba, Sipho Gumede, Sonti Mndebele, Don Laka, McCoy Mbrubatha, Steve Kekana just to mention but a few. Uncle Shima has billed and promoted almost all jazz musicians in Botswana at Millennium and other venues throughout the years. He is the Chairman of Botswana Promoters Association.
I have been chairman of KRDA (Kweneng Rural Development Association ) since 2010 and his board is renowned for the establishment of Mafenyatla mall in Molepolole. Now chairman of Bakwena community development association replacing KRDA.
