The Institute of Development Management (IDM) Botswana is reportedly operating without clear leadership following the expiration of Country Director Dr. Theophilus Mooko’s three-year contract on March 31, 2025.

Speaking to GABZ FM News, concerned staff members, who spoke in anonymity, alleged that the IDM Botswana Board, chaired by Gaone Macholo who also heads the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) has yet to communicate who is currently overseeing operations.
