President Mokgweetsi Masisi is set to hold a media briefing this afternoon to update the nation on the electric car project at the e-mobility assembly plant in Commerce Park in Gaborone.
The Ministry of Communications, Knowledge, and Technology has outlined that the eMobility initiative will be implemented in three phases. The first phase focuses on capacity building, followed by the design stage, and will culminate in the establishment of an electric vehicle assembly plant in partnership with the private sector.
