Self Proclaimed Prophet and Founder of the Divine Anointing Church International, Goitsekgosi Mojadigo, has been granted bail under strict conditions.
Mojadigo faces charges of four counts of defilement and one count of rape, allegedly committed between January and May this year, involving girls aged between 13 and 17.
When delivering the bail condition judgement this morning , Mochudi Magistrate Queen Monga stated that Mojadigo is prohibited from participating in any church activities.
Monga further highlighted that the accused must report to the police monthly, refrain from interfering with state witnesses, pay a bond of P5,000, and provide two Batswana sureties who each must pledge P2,500.
The State Prosecutor Seeletso Ookeditse had previously opposed the bail application, citing Mojadigo's alleged propensity to commit crimes.
